Photography: One Block of Salt Lake City-Architecture

Photography: One Block of Salt Lake City-Architecture

Spending a couple hours with my photography class taking photos around 2nd West and Pierpont in Salt Lake City, I was able to see a lot of cool buildings and architecture.  There are so many great colors and styles downtown.

  11. I don't know a lot about architecture but I do know that I love looking at it, especially when it's either really modern or totally ancient.

  13. You should, SLC is lovely for a visit. We have all types of scenery within an hour of each other... I mean standing where I took these pictures, I can go 20 minutes East and be in the mountains, a half hour west and I'm out at the Salt Flats, South and it's big red rocks, north and it gets kind of foresty. Lovely.

  14. Thank you-it's so much fun to do. It's funny how being behind a camera increases your awareness of everything going on... Even when I'm without my camera I think "wow, that's a good shot" lol
