I know this post is extremely late (try a week and a half) but I finally got all the photos uploaded and thought I'd finally put together this post. Remember, click on the photo's to get a bigger view! :)
On Friday, November 13th (Yes, they purposefully picked Friday the 13th) my baby sister Shayla P Golish was married to Brenton Paul York, in Spanish Fork Utah.
Here she is, isn't she both gorgeous and elegant?
If you knew her, you'd understand that isn't really her.

After arriving at the church at 9am, we worked all day to set up, and ended up being late to get back to the church and change into our dresses. However getting ready in the dressing room was fun, and we managed to snap some photos along the way.

The ceremony seemed a little awkward, as the groomsmen were already waiting and we bridesmaids just walked out, and then my dad walked my sister out without any music. However it was click and fairly painless before we headed over to the reception in the main room.

Bob was a really good friend of mine in High School, but she has known Brenton for years. Her (along with my wonderful Aunt Jenny) took pictures at the wedding, and they both get credit for the photos shown here!
Cutting the Cake!
They were too nice, and didn't shove the cake into each others faces. They did it sweetly and then just put a little frosting on each other's noses.
Throwing the Bouquet
Shown here is one of my very best friend's Cristina, (I've known her since I was 7 years old!) as she fights off the little girls to catch it. In her defense, she did then hand it to the little girl in the pink!

My Grandma D, Aunt Pam, Aunt Carma, Cousin Anna, and various other helpers worked very hard to create the party snacks for the reception. They put just about everything together!
Here you can see my grandma cutting the reception cake, my grandpa sitting in the back, and my little cousins Amberlie (blue) and Kezlyn (on the right) helping in the kitchen.

My Grandma and Aunt Pam put all the snacks together, making sure to stick with my sister's colors which were Red & Black. They hand dipped and drizzled the pretzels, and put everything together! It turned out fabulous!
It was hours of ironing tablecloths, hanging lattice and making everything look perfect. I think it turned out rather well! Her colors were kept to, and they really made out with that Gift table! The quilt to the left of the gift table was hand-made by my great grandfather Paul Penrod.
