Beauty Tip: Put coconut oil in your hair and sleep overnight. Rinse in the morning and your hair will be super shiny and soft!

ReplyDeleteAlways moisturize!!! My Mom is 56, she has used moisturizer (face and eye) ever since I can remember... she looks a good 5+ years younger than she is! If you're oily and don't use moisturizer do it before bed, you'll wake up less oily in the morning!!

Skip wearing perfume on hot and sticky days!!! Just wash with a nice body wash and a light fragranced lotion!!
