The first half of my birthday yesterday was a little lame, but the second half was fantastic! Work was boring and I was a little emotional, I really should have taken the day off... Oh well, I have lots of days off next week. I went to dinner with my grandmother at Texas Roadhouse... It wasn't great, but they gave my dinner to us free for overcooking it-so that was nice! Then I got home and the roommate's mom had come down to visit. She bought me a pretty necklace and he gave me a hippie skirt, hippie bag, and a Doctor Who mug! It really made my day!
Around 9pm as I was just watching TV before bed Rocky texted me and asked me to meet him for Frozen Yogurt. When I got there he had some pretty roses for me! Sooooo sweet, and only the second time I've ever received flowers from a guy-sooo sweet! So my day ended really well!

ReplyDeleteAnd also...if you are 100% open and honest with someone, and they do not return the favor (or refuse to analyze their feelings so that they *can* return the favor), then they aren't worth your time. Whether they're being cagey or scared or whatever, if they can't be honest with you NOW, they won't be honest with you any further into the relationship.
And if that means I need to drive down to Oregon and spend next week cutting a bitch, I will do that. :)
