Trust me, I will be making this again, because it was SO yummy! Even Josh loved it, and he doesn't like cake.
What you'll need:
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix: .50 Cents
1 can Cream Style Sweet Corn: .88 Cents
1 Stick Butter: .50 Cents
Melt butter, mix all ingredients together, and bank at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes. You want it to be golden brown, but still moist (we like it a bit gooey) in the middle.
It was sooooo good people. I recommend it.
I also recommend you run on over to Blue Cricket Designs and see all the neato ideas/recipes/crafts she has! I'll be trying more of them in the future!
My laws that's a lot of butter.
