Beautiful Blogger Award

Awww, look what I received!  This is such a pretty award, and I'll admit, I've admired it for sometime.  The lovely Mejis felt I deserved it, and I'm so happy!  Thanks darlin', you're a beautiful blogger too!

The Rules:
1. Thank the person who gave you this award.
2. Share 7 things about yourself.
3. Pass the award along to 15 bloggers who you have recently discovered and who you think are fantastic!
4. Contact the bloggers you've picked and let them know about the award.

7 Things About Me
  1. My dream has always been to be a writer, and I feel like blogging here is getting me prepared for that.  I'm writing daily, stretching my creative muscles and feeling heard.
  2. I really do get excited with every comment I get and every follower I gain.  Don't believe me?  Ask my roommate, he gets to hear about it every day!  "Josh!  I now have 79 followers!" or "I got 38 comments on my post today!  Wow!"  I wonder if he thinks I'm silly...
  3. I just finished reading He's Just Not That Into You by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo, and I honestly believe it's changed my life.
  4. I'm really big on self reflection and analyzing myself.  I love to figure out why I am the way I am, and then try and improve.
  5. I also like to figure out what makes everyone else tick, that's why I've decided to major in Psychology.
  6. I think people who are afraid of words (even cuss words) show a lack of education.  You should never be afraid of a word, just the way the word is used (or if it is misspelled!)
  7. My life seems to be really zen right now.  Nothing is really getting to me, and I feel like I'm right on track for big changes this year.  I can feel something coming, and I'm excited!
15 Beautiful Bloggers

(I think you're all beautiful, and I'm sure more awards will come for anyone I miss!  I'm also sure that I've given a lot of you awards before too!  Also, a lot of you have this one already.)

Dear So & So: This is Over, Go Get Yourself A Life.

     Dear So and So...

Dear So and So is a weekly Friday Meme that allows us a therapeutic way to say all of the things we've wanted to say in letter form.  It's one of my very favorite blog Memes, because it's so great to get things off your chest; whether or not the people (or things) you're writing to ever see it.

    Dear Friends,

Thank you all so much for the outpouring of support you posted in response to this chick's psychotic breakdown and all the horrible things she tried to say about me.  I felt so loved  by you all!

    -Your Friend Forever

    Dear Bloggy Friends,

Thank you so much for all the nice comments you've left on yesterday's post about all of This Chick's Drama.  I particularly like how Beth called her a Drama Llama.  Haha!  You are all so sweet and supportive!

    -Your Friend Forever

    Dear Unintelligent "Juggalette" Crazy Bitch,

Hey thanks for the email threatening my life!  It gave me a good giggle, and a great reason to contact Facebook and turn you in.  If I have any more contact from you or any of yours, I'm taking it to the police.  Take a moment and re-read it.  If you do, you might see that you know absolutely nothing about grammar or spelling, and you might even realize your contradictions and hypocrisy.  It's HILARIOUS that you're emailing me telling me not to have any of my friends email Amber, and to deal with her directly.  Do you see anything wrong with this?  Since you know, you're Amber's friend and you're emailing me because of her?  Ha!  Maybe you still don't see it, you don't seem very bright.

Let me clear it up for you a bit.  Her comments were publicly posted for anyone to see, therefor anyone who read them could take it into their own hands and message her as they liked.  Anything she had that came from anyone else, had NOTHING to do with me.  I NEVER told anyone to email her.  On the contrary, the email she received from my friend was not posted publicly, it was a private message.  Therefor, she had to tell you about it specifically, for you to send me an email.  Duh!  I'll bet you still don't see it...

Also, "Juggalette"?  Really?  Did you just sign your little rant at me as a "Juggalette?"  Wow, just wow-that explains SO MUCH.  Thanks for that, we got a really good laugh at your expense.

-There's just no way to take you seriously is there?

Dear Needs Medication and Men in White Coats,

I'd really like to write you a touching letter about how I'm sorry our friendship had to end this way, and say "Hey, let's remember the good times!" but I wont because that's not how I honestly feel.  I feel lucky that you've made your exit from my life, and I can't honestly remember any times good enough to make up for your temper-tantrums and and general attitude.

YOU.  ARE.  INSANE.  Seriously, are you having a complete mental and emotional breakdown?  Not only did you freak out at me over nothing, but now you've gone and deleted ALL of our mutual friends, even the ones staying neutral on the matter?  Apparently your reasoning for that was because you thought they would let me into their accounts so I'd be able to attack you "again."  First off, I NEVER attacked you or even said one word to you after you freaked out.  Second, you must not think that "EVERYONE" hates me (like you said), or else you wouldn't think they'd let me into their accounts.  You're constantly contradicting yourself, how do you not see it?  It's okay though, we're all better off having your drama and massive freak-outs out of our lives.

*For the record, clearing it up by saying you meant everyone you know hates me, doesn't work either.  Since the people you know that actually know me have been the first to clearly and publicly state how they feel about me in this whole ordeal, and anyone who has never met me or doesn't know me isn't a very reliable source is it?  I think you need to go back to your high school  English class and have them re-teach you about citing your sources.

Yes, I'm aware that one of my friends sent you a nasty email, however, I had absolutely nothing to do with that.  I didn't know about it until after it happened, and I have already expressed my disapproval of that email.  I never sent anyone after you.  YOU POSTED YOUR NASTY COMMENTS IN A PUBLIC FORUM.  When you do something like that, ANYONE CAN SEE THEM!  How do you not get that?  Maybe if you didn't want anyone else to read it and respond, you should have said it privately. Here I go forgetting that logic escapes you.

Also, the nasty email your friend sent me?  You know, the one where she threatened to "hunt me down and kill me", has been reported.  If I get anymore threatening emails from you or your friends, I will go to the police about it.  You can count on that.

While we're on the topic of that email, you told your friend that I'm lonely enough to "sleep with men to get attention, even the gay ones." Well, let's not forget that when I was totally in love with that mutual friend of ours to whom you are referring (who is technically bisexual) YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU WERE IN LOVE WITH HIM TOO.  Yep, or did you forget going over to his house and coming on to him even though you knew your "friend" was in love with him first?  He was texting me the entire time, and last night it was HIM who reminded me.

Josh said to tell you "At least I can get the gay ones."  Yep, that was from his own mouth, seeing as he rejected your advances and not mine.  You must feel bitter, to still bring that up after all this time and act like you hadn't tried to stick your hand down his pants.  Your selective memory is hilarious!

Also, addressing your issue with my "boy drama."  Anyone who is single and dating, has boy drama.  Oh wait, you're not dating... Sorry, I'll try to be more sensitive to your lack of options.  Lucky for the dating pool out there though, because the last two guys I remember you dating sure had their hands full with a clingy, needy, bitchy girlfriend who texted (literally) 30 times when they didn't call you back right away.  I remember you calling me and messaging me freaking out because they hadn't called or texted you back after you sent them all out.  I also remember thinking that I personally wouldn't have called or texted you back either.

Thank you, however, for the lesson you have taught me.  Once again, it is drilled into my head that I should start listening to my intuition more often.  Months ago, my intuition told me to remove you from my life due to all the other times you've caused drama or freaked out over silly things like Facebook games.

On another note, the email you sent Angel when she wanted to talk to you about how your daughter was speaking to her, you stated "YOUR OPINION DOESN'T MATTER BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE KIDS.  YOU'RE NOT A PARENT."  Hate to break it to you Amber, but you're not a parent either.  Your daughter has no respect, no boundaries, and you haven't really taught her anything other than how to be like you.  She has a foul mouth, a bad attitude, a tendency to lie, and she happens to be disrespectful to just about everyone.  If you keep teaching her with your example, she's going to be 30 and a complete drain on society... Just like her mother who's addicted to drugs, unemployed, on Welfare, and sitting at home doing nothing but playing on Facebook and freaking out because other productive members of society don't want to join her in Farmville.  It's really really sad.  You should maybe go get yourself an actual life, instead of stirring stuff up because you don't do anything to keep yourself occupied.

That was also the roommates (you know, a mutual friend of ours) first response when you said you were "a blunt bitch who tells it like it is."  He said " Should I message her and tell her 'You want honesty?  I think you're a terrible mother'?"  That's what people think of when they talk about you.  That and "Yeah, she's caused drama and picked fights over everything ever since we've ever known her."  Direct quote.

Good riddance to bad rubbish. I hope for your daughters sake that you can turn your life around and teach her how to be a productive member of society; sad thing is, that's not likely.  I know you'll probably never read this, but since my blog is a place for me to finally say what I've been biting my tongue about, I get to post it.  It's not like you'd listen and change anything anyway. When will you wake up and realize you're 30 years old and have nothing to show for it?  Act your age, not your shoe size.

Oh, and when you do your regular thing where you decide you "forgive" us all and try to add us back on Facebook, I wont be adding you.  You're too much drama, and you are hereby cut out of my life.  I don't want or need you in it in any way.  This is over.

-You're officially non-existent for anything other than someone to laugh about.

    Bitches Be Crazy

*Warning* There is some fowl language below, it's in the screen-shots. *Warning*

So I have had this "friend" named Amber.  In fact I talked about her last year on my blog by wishing her a happy birthday and telling her I loved her.  Last year, I also talked to her nearly every day, hung out with her, and even accompanied her as the third wheel for a date in Tooele she was worried about.  I even drove on that date because she didn't want to drive!  I try to be a good friend, and I think that goes above and beyond.

Now, as a pre-statement, this isn't the first time she's acted like this.  Last year a group of friends and I went camping, and a few weeks before we texted (both Josh and I) Amber to tell her when we were going and let her know she was welcome to come.  We never heard from her, so we went ahead and went.  When we got back, she freaked out at us both and called us horrible names saying we were liars and had never invited her.  We didn't talk for months after.

Well, we made up and I added her back to Facebook and she sent MASSIVE amounts of invites begging everyone to join her and play Farmville and Petville, and various other games; Except, I didn't want to.  She even popped up on my messenger telling me to do it, and when I told her I didn't want to, she freaked.  She said "What, are you too good for these games?"  I told her no, and that my life was too busy and I didn't have time to waste online playing games, and that I did have a farm, but had created it at a time when I had nothing better to do.  Her response was "ARE YOU SAYING I HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO WITH MY LIFE?!?!?!?" I tried to calm her down and say I wasn't implying anything, and then I avoided talking to her because she picks a fight over everything.

Well Monday on Facebook was the absolute end of any kind of friendship we ever had.  All because she did what she always does and freaked out over something insignificant.   I took screen-shots, because it's so bizarre I didn't think anyone would believe me.

(Last names are blurred to protect the innocent, y'know, except for the non innocent.)

So it was my status, where I was just being funny, that SHE left a rude comment on.  I figured I'd just joke around back (even if there was a little truth in that joke!)  So this is what I was greeted with the next day.

I'll admit, at first I was shaky, because that's how I feel when someone is attacking me, but then I just didn't care.  She's caused enough drama in my life and it's about time I was done dealing with her.  I texted a few friends and had them go look, especially since we were mutual friends and I wanted them to understand my decision to cut her out of my life.

*NOTE* Where she said "I'm sure you'll tell me the same thing that, that's the way everyone feels about me"  That's what all of my friends HAVE told me.  They told me she's drama and throws fits over stupid stuff so I should just not worry about it, I should have listened and deleted her the first time they told me!

My good friend Ortie texted me with: "She must be talking about herself!  She must not consider me part of the group, because I never talk to her and I love you."  Which immediately made me feel better.  Then, as the day went on I quickly learned that one kind word from a true friend can override many hateful words from a fake.  My amazing friends quickly came to my defense and I felt so much love from the way they spoke about me.  See for yourself!

Heather's right, she probably reacted that way because I struck a cord with something she doesn't like about herself.  A lot of Psychologists say we attack the things in others that we hate about ourselves.

A little light joking is great in a stressful situation.  David also texted me "Let's forget the crazy lady and be happy!"

I was so touched by what Bree had to say, she's such a sweetheart!

I love how Anjula totally stood up for me!

Yeah, my sister was probably the most correct. LOL!  Honestly, I generally never have problems with my friends, but little sisters always know the part of you that can be "pissy and mean" don't they?  Haha!

At first I was a little offended at what Josh said (this is my roommate) but then Heather said "Aren't we all drama queens?  She's just the one with the problem about it!"  and Josh agreed with her.  He's just reinforcing what I said earlier about people attacking things in others they don't like in themselves.  I love how he signed it kisses!

Thanks Andy!  You rock my socks off too!

Haha!  Kristina is super protective of me.

Haha!  This is extra funny because she freaked out over the Farmville thing, go Jon, and thanks for thinking I'm a great friend!

I love my friends they really are awesome!  If you'll notice, I never responded to her, and I didn't need to.  The love of my friends spoke volumes, and each of their comments touched me deeply!

Then my friend Angel messaged me the conversation they had.

    2:48pm Angel
    are you ok?

    2:49pm Amber
    yeah why?

    2:49pm Angel
just saw what you wrote on Angie's wall

    2:50pm Amber
yeah so.. honey, I've never liked angie.. big deal. ya know?

    2:51pm Angel
ah. ok. i thought you did

    2:51pm Amber
no, honey I tried to like her but she's 2 much drama for me

    i have enough drama duh!

    2:52pm Angel
    lol yeah

    2:53pm Amber
I hate reading all her stupid post every fucking day and I was only joking at first, but as usual she had to make it drama lol

WTF?  If you'll look back to that first screen-shot-I'd like you to be the judge of who started the drama here.

That conversation is just funny to me, because it either makes her A: a liar and hypocrite, or B: A user.  Because she sure thought I was a great friend when I coaxed her through her boy drama (when she texted her boyfriend a million times because she hadn't heard from him and freaked out until he eventually dumped her.) or when I drove her to Tooele and had a horrible time playing the third wheel, but did it to be a good friend.  So she's either lying now about how she felt then, or she was using me then, which is good to know because I don't need either of those traits in a friend!.

Since all of this happened, her 10 year old daughter tried to add me on Facebook and we're thinking either Amber wanted her to so she could check up on me, or she wanted to be able to chew me out for her mother.  When I didn't add the little girl, she started messaging my friend Angel and asking her if she liked me and calling me a drama queen.  It's funny, I only met the girl once, and it was because I gave her a ride to her friends house on the other side of town... That must make me a horrible person.

Amber and her daughter are deleted and I've blocked them, and the only sad part is she deleted me before she got to see all of those wonderful responses from my friends (and a couple of hers) that pointed out how crazy she is; but that's ok, it's not like she would have changed anyway.  I'm much better off having all of these wonderful friends in my life than wasting time worrying about her.  Losing her was no skin off my back, I just thought I'd post all this because it was HILARIOUS!

Personally, when drama comes into my life I get a good laugh, share it with all my wonderful readers (that's you, hope you laughed too!) and then cut it out of my life!  I foresee a lot less drama now.  :)

*NOTE: I didn't post this to be negative, rather to show the outpouring of love and support I received from my friends and family.  I am so lucky to have them in my life!*
