I confess that it may have taken more willpower than I knew I had to get out of bed today.
I confess that it may have also taken more reasoning skills than I knew I had not to call in sick.
I confess I don't call in sick if I'm not really sick, but I did feel really crappy and exhausted-so I was having an argument with myself.
I confess that I'm feeling very burnt out at work... And a little unappreciated. That's no fun.
I confess that Friday is a HUGE relief for me this week.
I confess that I may be a little more than excited to be going to Pride on Sunday.
I confess that I LOVE this guy with all my heart, and he's just some random photo from the internet.
I confess that I'm also super excited that Julie and Elisa are moving in next door to me! It's gunna be AWESOME!
I confess that I also need to find someone equally as awesome to move in downstairs now that Matt moved.
I confess that I'm really going to miss Matt being downstairs. :(
I confess that I may or may not be stuck in Hermit mode and fighting to drag myself out of it.
I confess that I'm not sure I want to do swaps by some other bloggers anymore... So many of them are disorganized, non-communicative and then they freak out because you don't know what's going on even though they ignore your emails and don't send out any information... Why can't everyone be organized like Mamarazzi?
I confess that my 400 Follower Giveaway Extravaganza is still going on and you should really go enter to win some AWESOME goodies! So much goodness, and a bunch of prizes!
Quite a few of those sound like I could have written them. :( Especially the first five.
ReplyDeleteThat's the worse being under appreciated at work!
ReplyDeleteAnd I haven't seen that picture - LOVE it!
Have a great weekend!
That's good to know that not all swaps are created equal!
ReplyDeleteI've got the no motivation bug too. Maybe it's the time of year? Maybe a few days of sunshine (if it sticks around & dosen't start freakin raining again) will cure my blahs... LOL
ReplyDeleteI hear ya on the swap stuff... I've done 3 by other people, 1 was good the other 2 not so much. Mamarazzi is super awesome!
it is HARD to figure out the whole swap hosting thing. YES i think i finally have it down to a science...sigh. unfortunately i don't know if i have time to do my annual red, white and blue swap.
ReplyDeletei love that old guy and his sign, so awesome.
boo for not feeling appreciated at work, that super sucks!

Aw, I hope your swaps aren't causing a ruckus. :(
ReplyDeleteHave you done any swapbot stuff? I'm finding it good so far.
Happy Friday!
That signed cracked me up... but is sooo perfectly said!
ReplyDeleteI just participated in my first swap and loved who I was paired with- but not sure how many I will do in the future:)
Hope Friday went fast for you
i thats not good about work, i know how you feel but its not really an option for me to ring in sick..last time i had sick leave was 3 years ago when i broke my wrist!! maybe its time for a holiday for us both!?
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the not wanting to get out of bed thing, I've been sooo tired lately.
