Sometimes, when you intend to do the right thing, it's completely wrong.
You can have good intentions, and end up completely shattering someone.
Causing unnecessary re-hashing and hurt.
You can take a good lazy day and turn it around;
leaving them crying for 45 minutes on the couch.
You can re-open all the wounds before they're ready to take the bandage off.
Pour a little salt and lemon juice in, rub it around.
It hurts like hell...
Just think about it before you do it.
Maybe when they tell you not to do anything, you should listen.
Maybe it's not your place.
What a rough day...
The road to hell IS paved with good intentions which is why it is such an easy slide. I hope you have a better day soon. Try not to beat yourself up too much, it's not like you were deliberately trying to do bad things.
