Do you take vitamins? If not, you should. There are so many great supplements out there that can help improve your health and way of life. I'll admit, I'm not as good at taking them as I should be, but it's something I'm working on. When I was contacted by
Natural Goal to try out some of their supplements I was really excited about the opportunity of giving something I've never used a shot.
I picked the
Ultimate Primrose Oil because it listed many awesome health benefits on the site that I thought I could really benefit from. Here are just a few of the factors that swayed my choice:
- Promotes joint health and cell structure
- Supports hormone production
- Alleviates PMS symptoms (man, I can use that!)
- Helps with skin and any irritation from allergies
- Promotes healthy skin and nails (another I am in desperate need of!)
All of these things seemed very useful and while I've only been using it a short while I can start seeing where it'll benefit me. I also did a little more research and while there hasn't been official scientific evidence of it helping with PMS, there is a lot of evidence showing it helps with things such as eczema or dermatitis, and a little evidence pointing out that it may help with some cancer symptoms (though they're still studying that!)

As a whole, the company was great to work with! The product shipped off very fast after I ordered it and the packaging and vitamins are top notch and have a lovely clear quality about them that makes me feel comfortable ingesting them. They're easy to take, and I look forward to seeing more of the benefits!
*Disclaimer* I'm not a doctor or well-studied in these things so I do recommend consulting your personal physician before trying any new vitamin. Especially if you have any bleeding or seizure disorders or anything else out of the norm. Safety first when going forward at any time!
