Oh crap. Where did September go? I seriously have no idea... I feel like it flew by so fast I'm dazed in it's draft!
September Recap
- Read at least 2 books for fun. Lowering my number due to school. - FAIL. I read one-ish.
- Start playing duolingo at least 3 days a week. - FAIL. More like 3 times a month.
- Budget. - FAIL. Though I didn't spend nearly as much as I usually do.
- Start meal planning for one. - FAIL. Yep, there's a trend going with my goals...
- Get back to the Gym. - FAIL.
- Complete the #NOEXCUSES challenge for once! - FAIL.
Sell my car.- SUCCESS! Worked out a payment plan with my baby brother. :)- Finish cleaning up my bedroom and moving stuff into the craft space. - FAIL.
- Keep up on my school work/grades. - In Progress... I almost lost this one, but I've got it back now... I think.
Have a rockin' awesome time at SLC ComicCon. SUCCESS!- Figure out what I want to do for Fall Break in October. - FAIL. Still up in the air.
Announce my Holiday Hotlist by September 17th. - SUCCESS! See it HERE.Participate in Swapoween with Chaotic Goddess Swaps!- SUCCESS - Well signed up.- Get everything lined up for CGSwaps 12 Days of Giveaways. - In Progress... We need one more!
Maybe try and find time for a date somewhere this month... Maybe. lol- SUCCESS-right at the deadline... lol
When I look at all those Fails I want to say a different four-letter word that starts with F and doesn't end in AIL. I don't even know why I was such a failure... A lot of it may be the fact that I am buried under homework. Taking three classes with full time work was ambitious and possibly foolish. I've got B's in all of my classes-because I'm struggling with keeping up and I feel like I have no time for anything... In reality, I just need to balance my time better, but I suck at that too!

I felt the exact same way you did with September. It did fly by fast. Some months are harder to adjust to cross the ol' to-do list off. I know you, you will knock it out of the park October.
ReplyDeleteSad but true!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your October goals! I can't wrap my head around it being October already!
ReplyDeleteYou didn't fail. You just had a rough month, and that's okay. Focus on the good things you DID do in September. And October is going to be awesome.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, the number of fails isn't nearly as important as your prioritizing them. You kept the most important ones as successes- that's a serious kudos to you! And it clearly ate your time, energy, and ability to strike off anything else.
ReplyDeleteAlso, are you counting a Printcess giveaway in there? :)
I agree with everyone else! You didn't fail. What you can't do one month, you can do another in most cases and if you can't, oh well! What you DID do is what counts!
ReplyDeleteYep! I've got you and I both down for one day each of the 12 days. :) And thanks! I seriously feel like I"m failing life-school is killing me this semester.
ReplyDeleteThank you love! <3
ReplyDeleteThank you! I sure hope so, school is killing me!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I can't either, it just flies by.
ReplyDeleteBudgeting & meal planning are always at the top of my list & I never succeed at those either. I'll do it for about a week and then life gets crazy or something will happen & I give up or forget about it. You can always try again next month! Good job on the stuff you did do though!
ReplyDeleteI'm too scared of falling off of the list and failing on everything hahah If I don't have a list I can't be held accountable, right? ;-) Good luck with your October goals!
ReplyDeleteDon't be too hard on yourself. It sounds like you have a really full plate right now. We do what we can, and that's all we can do.
