This week I'm happy about:
- Friday night we went for Pho-Pho always makes me happy.
- Saturday night we had friends over to play games, that was so much fun!
- I weighed in this morning and I've lost 4.5 lbs! Not bad for only sticking with it since Friday.
- I have exercised 4 days in a row and will tonight-sticking with the 30 Day Shred has never been easier for me, and I'm eating healthy and drinking water too! I can't believe how easy my dedication has been this week-and I'm going to stick with it too!
- Texting cute boys who actually talk about their feelings makes me happy.
- Spending time with my friends makes me happy-they are so much awesome it's too hard to even explain. Just trust me, they are fantastic!
- The upcoming giveaways I have coming are going to me AMAZING.
- Seeing my follower count go up to 1234 made me smile. How fun is that?

Jillian scares me! Glad to see you're Shredding your way to an awesome 2013 :)
ReplyDeleteGood for you. Yeah Jillian scares me too. I was watching her on the biggest loser and though, "Ugh, those poor people." haha. Keep it up! I am working on incorporating yoga into my life :)

I love that quote, great words to live by. Reminds me of another that I'm currently trying to follow "Don't let your struggle become your identity".
ReplyDeleteI had to repin that poster on the brick wall. That is so true! Awesome with your weight loss already!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the weight loss so far. Good for you sticking to it! You definitely have a lot to be happy about.
ReplyDeleteway to go with your workout goals! keep it up!!
ReplyDeletealso, love that first quote. we should all talk about our JOYS more!!
thanks for sharing coffee today! :)
Congrats on sticking to the exercise goals! I appreciated seeing your "things that made me happy" list. I am not an advocate of ignoring issues, and I know it is good to talk about things, but there is a difference between talking about it and whining about it, isn't there?
ReplyDeleteI'm happy that my husband is able to have his own business - because HE is happier not working at his old job. One of my goals this year is to choose to look at helping him build his business and see it as a challenge, and not focus on my fears for our finances. Thanks for reminding me to focus moreon joy and less on worrying!
Congratulations on sticking with your commitment and watching it pay off. That is so exciting!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun week!
ReplyDeleteYou're up to 1260 now, you go girl!
ReplyDeleteI so wish I could stick to a workout routine and healthy eating. I just complain about being jiggly while eating ice cream.
Thanks for linking up with us!
