Announcing: Swapoween!

The lovely Beth from Living a Goddess Life and I have teamed up again to bring you our first annual Swapoween! This will be a swap that is Halloween themed, where you'll be matched up with another blogger with an opportunity to make new friends, shop for Halloween goodies for them, and receive a box full of lovely Halloween things.  Are you as excited as I am?  I LOVE Halloween.  :)

Sign-ups will be held here at My So-Called Chaos from September 21st to 28th, then once you sign up and we approve you for the swap we'll send you an email with all the details and the code for the button.  At that point you'll create a post about the swap and link up back here to show that you're participating.  

*We've learned from the best (Mamarazzi-word!) so we'll try to run this as smoothly as possible with what we hope will be a swap full of wonderful people and lots of goodies!

Once you're in you can start shopping for and/or making lots of Halloween goodies to fill a package that is $25-$40 (before shipping) in value, and mail it off to your assigned partner on the date that packages go out. Tracking numbers are required and usually only cost about 70 cents extra.

After you receive your package full of goodies, you'll take pictures of what you received and put up a post with pictures of the items, a little detail on them, and links to both hosts and your partner.  Then we can look around and see what everyone received! :)

Dates to remember:

• Signups: September 21st-28th
• Partners Assigned: October 1st
• Packages Mailed by: October 10th
• Blog Posts up by: October 21st.

We really hope you'll all come play and we're excited to start shopping for Halloween goodies! :) (I've already started making stuff for my package!)

Note: Please only sign up if you plan to participate and follow through, as we hate to see anyone not get a package-and though we can do our best to fix it-it's really disappointing.  We understand that emergencies can arise, in which case please email us at the first opportunity instead of just flaking or disappearing so we can find another solution.
