I broke my diet last night by eating real food. I hadn't eaten for many hours, and it was the only thing I had access to in between the Harry Potter double feature last night. It was just grilled chicken on whole-wheat.
I Confess...
It wasn't the greatest thing to break the fast with. I wish it'd been something more amazing.
I Confess...
I thought the ending of Harry Potter was really lame. But I wont go into more detail.
I Confess...
I also broke it a little this morning by taking a 5hour energy shot. There was no way I was making it through the day on 2 hours of sleep-especially a Friday. I have a housewarming party tonight, then my friend Max is spending the night at our place so we'll be up hanging out, and then I'm getting up early tomorrow for the Farmer's market with Kristi and Kiri.
I Confess...
I gained one pound from yesterday. But I think it was more than the chicken. I didn't drink enough water, get enough sleep, went too long without eating, didn't get enough juice, etc.
I Confess...
I'm honestly not concerned with the one pound. I've still lost 10.2lbs in the last 2 weeks! I'll call that a success.
I Confess...
My Fat Ass Friday post today is probably one of my best yet. Please go have a look at it!
I Confess...
I'm going to keep this juicing thing up, even if I do allow myself to eat once a day, or diverge from the plan a little now and then. I just think it's a super-healthy thing to do.
I Confess...
After hearing the add for the new Winnie the Pooh movie on the radio-I want to go see it. I am a lover of Winnie the Pooh. So what if that doesn't make me a full on grown up?
What do you have to confess this week?
Don't forget to link up with Mamarazzi!
I thought the last Harry Potter movie was such a let down so I've been thinking this one would be too. We will see how I feel next week! I am soooo wanting to go see Winnie the Pooh movie too! My 11 year old does too but my 5 year old doesn't...what is wrong with her? lol
ReplyDeleteyum i love juice. ive totally completely have given up sodas so im drinking lots of juice. and sweet tea, of course.
ReplyDeletei wanna see winnie the pooh, too! it looks so sweet. i love kid movies!
I vote you have a Harry Potter post about what you liked and what you didn't. I liked the ending, but I'm not opposed to seeing someone else's point of view! And I think 10 lbs is stupendous for two weeks and I think you're awesome! As long as you are either taking vitamin supplements for the things you're missing (protein, though I'm sure you've already considered that), I think your diet is a great way to lose weight and not starve yourself. You're such a good example to me! :)
ReplyDeleteI certainly ate a little too much last night. This week was kind of bad for that...as I had an HP party this week as well. Oh well, I'm going to try and start getting more healthy now. I enjoyed my evening though. And I really loved the harry potter movie. I'm sad it's over.

You NaNoWriMo?!!! OMG, I love you even more.
ReplyDeleteOK, back to the subject.
You've lost 10 lbs. ?...!!! I'm happy for you ... really. Not jealous at all.
Seriously, congrats, because it's not easy. OH how I know. How are you doing it? .. because, if I were actually READING your blogs I might know by now.
The Harry Potter thing has me irked. I haven't seen it yet, but with all the money they've made ..... really?
Pooh Bear ROCKS. I like Eeyore, his sorry ass cracks me up. I still buy Disney movies, and Pixar. So live out loud girl!
I havent' seen the new HP yet - we'll probably wait a few weeks for the crowds to die down. I hope the ending is horrible. *fingerscrossed* You've lost over 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Gaining one pound is nothing to worry about. Keep it uP!
ReplyDeleteone pound isn't bad at all. i am curious about this fast. i see your updates on FB but i am always on my phone and to lazy to go check into it. so do this lazy girl a fave and email me, all about it...k thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteoh and i love Pooh too...a lot.

Oh man. We're going to see HP in an hour. I hope it isn't a let down like you thought it was.
ReplyDeleteA pound isn't bad. And you can totally work that off!
10.2 lbs! That's awesome. I'm going to see Harry Potter Sunday, so I'm glad you didn't go into detail. Although, I kinda know how it ends. I've read all the books.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure if I could stick to a diet like that, so congrats to you.
ReplyDeleteHi from a new follower! Visiting from my Fitness Friday Blog Hop :)
ReplyDeleteI can't think of anything to confess at the moment (I'm sure there must be something LOL). I can't wait to see HP! I would love to know more about your fasting.
