Many of you know that I recently made the big purchase and received my very own DSLR camera. It's a gorgeous Canon T3i and while I still have A LOT to learn about manual shooting, I am LOVING it. I am loving using it to take pictures for my blog, and to take pictures of those who are important in my life. It's been fantastic.
Up until the last couple of weeks I've just been using the regular Canon strap that came with the camera package I purchased. It was workable, but not great-as it was kind of short and not padded at all. I had been warned that I'd need a padded strap to save my poor neck, and it turns out I was right.
Luckily, the lovely folks at iMO Camera Fashion contacted me for review on one of their camera straps, and I jumped at the opportunity! It was really hard looking at all of their pretty designs and picking out just one, but I finally landed on this gorgeous iMO Stone Camera Strap. Yes, it looks very southwest, but there was something about it that reminded me of growing up in my mother's home with blankets that looked just like this. But it was really hard to choose, even after narrowing it down... My other two top choices were the iMO Night Elephant Strap and the Blue Mountain design. So lovely!
While these straps ship from Hong Kong, it arrived really quickly and I was surprised at how soon I found it waiting for me at my doorstep. The quality was top notch and it feels like it is holding my camera very sturdily so I don't have to worry about my camera falling. Plus it has a nice little cushion that makes it feel comfortable hanging from my neck or shoulder. It's beautiful!
So if you are looking for a new camera strap I'd highly recommend checking out www.imostrap.com and their line of gorgeous and fashionable camera straps. I'm very happy with mine.
