Happy: I've been craving hula hooping lately... Now if only I could just actually get up and do it instead of feeling sick... I even took them with me to my moms hoping to hoop on Easter, but it didn't happen...
Happy: My mom did this fun after dark Easter egg hunt since all of us kids are older now. There were 26 eggs of our color we had to find outside with a flashlight, 4 golden eggs with prize numbers in them, and a bunch of confetti eggs we could smash on each other to steal eggs from the other's basket. It was really fun, and surprisingly we helped each other more than competed.
Although my shoes did not enjoy the hunt... They were filled with burs and mud! I said "You can take the girl out of the country, but she can't get it out of her shoes!"
Happy: I love my cat! I can't wait til I have a house and can take her home with me!
Happy: Emma's mini-me Tinker! I told my mom that I have to take them both because they're a matching set. My dad wont let me... He tries to pretend he's a total hardass, but he's not-he loves that cat!
Happy: My momma may have too many cats, but I get to see itty bitty babies like this one:

Happy: Gizmo is a kitten I saved that was abandoned out in the field when I was a teenager. She's over 10 years old now and still acts like she's a little kitten. She's also the only cat I know that will let you hold her and snuggle under a blanket while you sleep! She's so cute!

Other than that, I don't have much I feel happy about right now. But mostly it's because I'm cranky as hell! I have an appointment for my medical issue I mentioned last week on Thursday, but since it seems to be starting to go away now I might reschedule so I can get in with the correct doctor. She was just putting me in with a different doctor because he could see me sooner, but I think I'd rather go to the female... lol. I have had bad experiences with a male GYN, and I'm just not feeling comfortable with it...
So maybe the cranky comes from PMS that somehow waited until today, or maybe it's just that it's Tuesday. I don't mind Mondays, but I dislike Tuesdays... They drag and so many customers at work have been RUDE today! Sometimes it makes me really hate people...

What an awesome time with the family! And what adorable kittehs! :) I feel the same way about hooping- every time I see your hooping Pinterest pins, I think I should look up a Hoopnotica or similar class, and get back into it.

What a great idea for adult children! I think I am going to have to file that one away for when all of mine are grown.
ReplyDeleteI love the in the dark egg hunt! We always have an adult egg hunt, but doing it in the dark would put a whole hew twist on it!
ReplyDeleteThis post made me miss my kitty, and also really want to get one. I miss having a little critter to care for.
